How It Works

The Release Process

Three steps. A ritual that has been used for decades in somatic and expressive therapy — now in a format you can carry anywhere.

Write Without Filtering
Choose a session theme. Read the prompt. Then write — freely, honestly, without editing. Let the body speak. Write in any ink color except blue.

Breathe & Release
When complete, press the Burn button. A breath-pause ritual invites you to close your eyes, drop your shoulders, and consciously choose to let go.
03
Integrate & Clear
After the page burns to ash, the After Clearing pages invite you to notice what has shifted — and receive what has been freed.
